Filial Play Coaching - Build a Connection with your Child through Play
Understand your Child/Create a happier home life
/Respond instead of react/Rebuild your Bond
/Communicate Effectively/Improve your relationships

Receive guidance every step of the way to feel fully supported.
Be able to talk things through and be heard without judgement or criticism.
Everything discussed is private and confidential.
The purpose of Filial Play Coaching is to help infants under the age of 3 as well as children up to the age of 14 in their mental and emotional development which for some reason, such as attachment issues, may be impaired. It can also improve parent/child relationships by using play with the child to teach the parent how to become more attuned to their child, set appropriate boundaries, really engage with the child, acknowledge and validate the child. This can help bring the family together and address the difficulties that are causing disharmony.
Filial Play Coaching can:
-
Alleviate acting out or disruptive behaviour.
-
Deepen the parent/child bond.
-
Help mend relationship breakdown between parent and child.
-
Enable more productive communication between parent and child.
-
Increase confidence as a parent.
-
Teach long lasting skills that will benefit the whole family.

I want to encourage others to work with Jackie if they are going through any difficult times in their lives. I took on board everything which we discussed in each session and carried out the practical exercises, all of which I still practice and they continue to help me focus on what I want from life. It was (and still can be) difficult at times but it was a journey I needed to start to go on to develop and to find happiness. Thank you Jackie for your support and guidance!
